Is writing your only job? Writing is my favourite job but not my only job. I’m a teacher, I teach primary school which his lots of fun.
Is this your first book? Trinity is my first book under the name Andi, but I do have a young adult novel under another name.
Where did you get your story idea? I honestly have no idea where I get my story ideas. I think some of them are inspired by places I’ve seen or visited, and some are inspired by scenes from movies or songs I’ve heard but pretty much they just come to me from out of nowhere, I keep thinking about them, then I start build on them with characters and a more detailed plot.
Tell us about Trinity. Trinity Laker is the tough talking, sexy, lead singer for all girl rock band Moonstone. Broke. Emotionally and physically damaged and sometimes homeless she doesn't have the time or energy for romance of any kind. For her, her world and her future is tied up with the band.
From the moment she steps on stage rich boy Luke Morrison is intrigued by her and knows that he has to have her, no matter what secrets he has to keep to protect both his heart and Trinity's.
Who is your favorite character in the book? Why? My favourite would definitely be Luke simply because he is such a ‘good’ person and from the moment he sees Trinity he knows how he feels and despite the issues in her life and his, his feelings for her never waver.
Favorite line from your book. I’d never been kissed like this, so desperately, so demandingly.
Favorite dialogue from your book. “Hey,” I called, my voice laced with annoyance, “who taught you to drive?”
She snapped her head around and blinked at me. It was clear from the way she looked at me and the way her mouth formed a perfect o that she hadn’t even seen me.
“You drive like a fucking maniac,” I snapped, “You nearly ran me down. You need to watch where you are going!”
Suddenly a light flicked in her eye and she stepped toward me, “You need to watch where you are going. If you look around you will see this is parking lot and you are standing in the middle of the road.”
Tell us about your writing process. I’m a pantser, completely and utterly. I have actually started trying to plot out a novel and I have to say it is working okay at the moment, although I have veered off a little. For the most part though I write quick and I write by the seat of my pants. I generally write about twenty thousand words, then have a few days break before writing the next twenty thousand and then a few days break again and so on until finished. I don’t have beta readers or critique partners at this point in time simply because life got too busy but I am looking to head down that path again and they are so helpful.

What’s next for you? I have another new adult book coming out in a about May, Star Struck, another rock star and I am just finishing up Drummer Girl, the second book in the Moonstone Series.
