How old were you when you first began to write? 31
Is writing your only job? I’m a mom, chauffeur, pet mom, dog wrangler and cat mom
Is this your first book? Nope. I’ve got quite a few. I love to write and follow the muse wherever they go.
Tell us about Her Sir.
Here’s the blurb:
There’s only one man for Andi—her Sir.
Andi McCarron knew the moment she met Sir’s gaze, he’d change her life forever. Despite other Doms wanting her as their sub, she only submits to him because he knows how to make her skin tingle. The pain delivered from his crop makes her spirit sing. She needs Sir but she wants more—except he’s not interested in taking the relationship outside of the club. What’s a girl to do when the man of her dreams, the one wielding the crop, won’t leave the club?
Dean Meyer craves his sweet sub, Andi. She fills his dreams and fantasies, but she wants a relationship. He’s not sure she can handle both his demons and secrets. Still, he can’t deny the attraction to her. When fate throws them together, he has to make a choice—give his sub what she needs or let her go for good.
Who is your favorite character in the book? Why?
Dean because he’s more than just a Dom. He’s part of city council. I thought it was neat that he’s got the two sides of him and the town isn’t offended by him being a Dom. I love the openmindedness in Cridersville.
Favorite line from your book.
“Then why don’t we go toy shopping? It’ll take your mind off
the jerk and hello … dildos!” Mary hopped to her feet. “I’m dying to
find a fun new vibrator.”
Favorite dialogue from your book.
This one is from Mary. I love how she’s so matter of fact and has great advice.
“That you’re more broken up over Sir than the jerk? I
wouldn’t be shocked if you said you were relieved. Trey was … yuck.
I don’t know Sir, but I’ve seen him. Talk about rawr-worthy.” Mary
grinned. “I’d be upset over him, too.”
“I screwed up.” She knew that now. Even if she’d never gotten
him to say he loved her, at least Sir was good to her. He seemed to
care. Trey hadn’t. She’d chosen the wrong guy.
“Yeah, but we all do.” Mary parked in Andi’s driveway, then
turned the car off. She hugged Andi. “Come on. If he’s got half a
brain, Sir will give you a second chance.”
Tell us about your writing process.
I’m a terrible pantser. I don’t know what I’m going to write until I get the new notebook out. I never start on the computer. I always have character sketches and the basic outline, but it never makes it that far. By the time I get from the notebook to the computer, the story has found a life of it’s own. I do like to write while listening to movies, music or television. Silence is not my friend. I tried writing to silence, but it was a disaster. I keep the notebooks together so when I’m doing edits and the next book, I can refer back. But I don’t have the big fancy plotting books or charts.

What’s next for you?
I’m working on the next book in this series. It’ll feature Andi’s best friend, Mary and her Dom. 😊 It’s going to be super hot, too.
